CLNM's 2022 residential

CLNM's 2022 residential

Posted 30th November 2022

Each year CLNM have a residential that kick starts their planning of a yearly event to celebrate everything CLNM has achieved.

This year's residential was in the Lake District and their base for three days was situated on the shores of Lake Windermere.

CLNM took part in raft building, rock climbing and archery to name a few activities. They also worked hard, at times around the camp fire to plan for this years CLNM conference: Sharing Success.

An integral part of CLNM is that representatives feel safe and supported to deliver on their objectives. They achieve this by ensuring everyone respects each other and that relationships between each other are based on trust and understanding. This is supported by spending time with each other at events such as residentials.

Josh, Jodie, Dan and Daz played a big part in planning their conference and talk about the importance of bringing their communities together in this short video called 'Success' which was shared at their conference and can be viewed below.
